90-Day Break-In Guarantee

At Superior Load Cover, we stand by the strength and security of our products. If your load cover is forcibly broken into within 90 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. The product must have been purchased directly from Superior Load Cover or an authorized distributor.

  2. The cover must have been professionally installed.

  3. The claim must be submitted within 7 days of the break-in incident.

  4. You must provide:

    • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

    • Photographic evidence of the damage.

    • An official police case number/report.

  5. The vehicle must not have been left in a high-risk area unattended for extended periods, or parked in violation of basic security precautions (e.g., unlocked, open windows, or unsecured premises).

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by accidents unrelated to break-ins.
  • Modifications made to the product after installation.
  • Theft or break-in attempts where no actual breach of the load cover occurred.
  • Forced entry through the tailgate.
  • Commercial use involving hazardous cargo or high-theft goods not disclosed at time of sale.

Claim Process:

Claims will be assessed within 14 business days. If approved, a full refund (excluding installation and delivery costs) will be issued via the original payment method.

Right to Refuse:
Superior Load Cover reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above criteria or where fraud or misuse is suspected.
