Today, almost every component used to make a Superior Load Cover is manufactured by our own team of experience employees. Each stage of production is undertaken with great care by our employees, who specialize in a particular aspect of the Cover’s construction. With the focus on high-grade quality and certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 specifications, Superior Load Cover consistently maintains global standards of the automotive industry.
Our covers are manufactured out of environmentally friendly aluminium that is extruded by a leading aluminium extruder in South Africa with EcoSpecifier accreditation. The slats and side channels are either powder coated or anodized to ensure long lasting, scratch resistant finishes. Most internal components used in the manufacture of a cover are sourced from materials that do not rust.
Superior Load Cover employ a local workforce to handle every stage of product manufacture. Supervisors carry out the most stringent quality control checks at every step. Only when they are happy that the product meets our extremely high standards does it leave the factory for distribution. Currently Superior Load Covers are shipped throughout South Africa, and Africa – Namibia, Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique and Swaziland, to various fitment centers and car dealerships, where they are assembled and installed on site.
